Fostering All-round Development through Play
We believe that education is complete only when it ensures all-round development of an individual. Students are given adequate scope to groom their innate talents in any form of art that they desire. Sports facilities are in place, and games form an integral part of the weekly schedule. A vast playground with provisions for playing outdoor games like cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, and basketball are in place. There is a separate lawn tennis court and an exclusive play area with play equipment and sandpit for the tiny tots. The students are given regular and rigorous training in a systematic way by qualified and professional coaches in the game of students' choice.
Our school encourage Intellectual Development and Well Being To overcome enormous academic pressure to achieve good grades, physical activity is essential as it facilitates the release of endorphins which are great therapy for stress, depression, or anxiety. Therefore it becomes vital to include appropriate equipment in the right location and further ensure the mental wellbeing of the children.
Playing stimulates the child’s brain to develop various motor skills like writing, jumping, walking, detailed handwork, planning, and making good decisions. School playgrounds are in a unique position to meet kids where they are, helping them become smarter, healthier and stronger through play. Studies show that outdoor physical activity not only benefits a child’s health but improves classroom performance, increases cognitive development and hones social skills.
